Who am I?

My name is Brian Boardman, and I’m a broker with Hickok & Boardman Realty in Burlington, VT. After a 10 years as a currency trader on Wall Street, I returned home to Vermont. I also happen to sell more homes valued over $1 million than any other broker in the state. You’ll find my listings and sales almost exclusively in the greater-Burlington area (ie Chittenden County), with a special emphasis on the city of Burlington itself. To this end, you will notice this website and blog highly focused on Burlington’s many distinct neighborhoods.

Where we’re headed

My hope is to build a sense of community on the site, allowing past clients who have relocated to the area – as well as colleagues and other long-time Vermonters – to chime in with their own insights about living in Vermont.
